Why Choose A Newborn Photographer And Not A Family Photographer?

Would you trust your family doctor to operate on your heart or would you prefer a specialized heart surgeon to do the procedure?

Newborn photography is unlike any other genre out there. You should only work with a photographer that has the special skill set, knowledge and safety training to handle your most precious gift. As a specially trained newborn photographer, I have completed many hours of safety training to ensure that your baby will be properly handled and cared for while here at the studio. The studio is kept at appropriate temperatures depending on whether the baby is swaddled or naked. Many images online are composites, meaning there are multiple shots taken and then merged in the editing process. This is done for baby’s safety. I have also recently updated my CPR and First Aid certificates for both pediatrics and adults. I am also up to date with all my vaccinations. Keeping your new baby safe if my top priority!

Newborn Sessions

Welcome to the world little one, I’m glad you are here. Let’s capture all those special details that define a newborn. Those tiny toes, that flakey skin, the swirls and curls, those long fingers and the silly faces newborns make. The newborn session takes place between 7-21 days old. All props and accessories are provided, so you can just come and enjoy.

PETITE NEWBORN SESSION - $250

SIGNATURE NEWBORN SESSION - $350

  • Three hours
  • A variety of set-ups included (as many as baby allows)
  • Optional family
  • 15 digital images
Important things to know:

Please reach out and book before your due date, as I can only take a limited number of clients each month. Booking early saves your place, and makes sure I’m available for you.

All newborn sessions will receive a soft-proof gallery where you will select your images.

Extra images are available for purchase at $15 per image.

There is a $100 retainer to book your session. This retainer comes off your final balance.

Maternity Sessions

Feel Beautiful and Empowered

Highlight the beauty and strength of motherhood with a maternity session. A skilled photographer (like me!) can help you feel confident and radiant. Let’s show off that beautiful baby bump.

Let’s embrace your ever changing body and the incredible journey of life. A maternity session is best booked between 30-34 weeks. With your session comes access to the client closet. I have many beautiful dresses to make you feel like the queen you are!

Breast Feeding Sessions

A breastfeeding photography session is a beautiful way to capture the intimate bond between a mother and her baby. Breastfeeding is more than just nourishment—it’s about closeness, warmth, and love. These photos capture the unspoken connection between mother and child. Breastfeeding is a deeply personal and unique experience. A session helps honor the challenges, triumphs, and special moments of the journey.

Sitter Sessions

These are probably my favorite sessions. It is so fun to watch little personalities growing and developing. Book your session once your little one is sitting on their own, usually around 6-7 months.

Studio Sitter Session for those who booked a newborn session I am offering a discounted price of $75. (normally $150)

Cake Smash Sessions

Where has the time gone? Can you believe that helpless little newborn is now crawling, maybe even starting to walk. It is time to CELEBRATE! A cake smash and splash is the perfect way to do just that. It is a fun and creative way to show off your little one. The session is done at the studio. We first take some portraits and then add the cake. Once baby is good and done with destroying it then we move to a fun bubbly bath. Please let me know once you have decided on a theme, so that I can get to work creating the perfect backdrop for the session.
